1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery time varies by location:

    • Delhi NCR: 2–4 working days

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other Locations in India: 5–7 working days

  • In rare cases (strikes, weather issues, lockdowns), delivery might take longer than usual.

3. Delivery Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply based on your pin code.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Partners

  • We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  • If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, we may attempt redelivery or cancel the order (COD orders).

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only deliver within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.
