1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.

  • Once the product is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


2. Return Policy

  • We allow returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

  • Once a return is approved, customers will receive a store credit or may exchange the product for another item of equal value.

  • No cash or online refund will be provided.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit based on the situation.
