1. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
If the order has not been shipped, you may contact our support team at info@vividshades.in or call us at +91 9650692886 to request cancellation within the allowed time.
Once the product is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
2. Return Policy
We allow returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
To initiate a return, email us at info@vividshades.in with your order number and reason for return.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Once a return is approved, customers will receive a store credit or may exchange the product for another item of equal value.
No cash or online refund will be provided.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit based on the situation.
